Terrorizer UK Review About Brabazom !
Brabazom formed to make the music like Dark Tranquillity with many melody. They have EP of three songs are called of 'When Light Betrayed', 'Beast Of Mortality, and 'Cryptic Funeral'. Very much of how the metal should be named, no? When first as come to listen, nothing here very new not played before. But fire in their veins and spark of hate as with all youthful death crew! It is what makes this EP good! They claim also for influences the Dimmu Borgir and Abigail Williams. That may not sound as very exciting, but those who are of Brabazom are not as fortunate for having metal all around as if in the US or Europe. Malaysia may for some seem of exotic flowers, but the government there is real asshole. Clerics of Islam try to make bans on the music that is extreme metal. But this has not made a stop to heroes like Brabazom and ancient legends: Blackfire. This is why the style makes so much flames and anger. It was when you were in a basement with learning to play a certain style. If in that basement were pianos and synthesizers and spiders and satan. Such a style for everyone is not to be melodic Swedish death, but Brabazom has way to make it sound important. This is because it is to be of very great importance when black metal sounds are made from Malaysia. Hail Brabazom!

Now if this is to be remarked upon, taking into account that I simply don’t have all the resources to sample everything from the local scene, it is one of the more promising black Metal demos I’ve encountered in years. There certainly is nothing revolutionary here, but what BRABAZOM do is nothing short of presenting what they know best without the daunting task of trying to be original and such. “Beast…” consists of three well-honed melodic black Metal not concerning about anything else. They go for the balls here, no bullshit allowed. They shift between being aggressive and melodic as necessary, worthwhile to mention that they didn’t rely solely on the keyboards to create the atmosphere needed. Couple that with their awareness of not dragging things far from what it’s supposed to. A glimmering three tracker effort, what more could be said. Sure, you might argue that you’ve heard it somewhere, but if it’s being done properly those are just lame excuses. Show me more.

Brabazom is a melodic black / death metal band established in mid-2005
at Northern Malaysia which is Penang and was active at the end of 2006.
Established by Sophy,Mizie and Arrev, Brabazom
which was initially a concept of melodic death metal band has been much
influenced by melodic bands such as In-Flame,Dark Tranquility and also
Amon Amarth,after that has changed the concept of melodic black / death metal
caused some problems,between The band has changed several times for line up.
Brabazom line up originally consisted of Sophy as 1st guitar,Mizie as Vocalist
and Arrev as a drummer.Rizal ex-Vigil joined Brabazom was in mid-2005 as the
2nd guitar, but his interests themselves after a few months,Elphy ex-Bald syndicate dan ex-Vigil
replace Rizal as 2nd guitar.Apit from Bald Syndicate band as bassist, but he played only as a
temporary bassist.Several months after Apit quite busy with his band,then he withdrew from brabazom.
after that brabazom continue without bassist.Apiet from band Abandoned Angels
replace Apit Bald Syndicate as bassist,but he only lasted a few months only.Apiet leave
Brabazom because he start the band is called Abandoned Angels.after months searching for bassist,
Zach as 1st guitar Brabazom at present has been offered to cover the position of bass.
After Zach has joined Brabazom in few month,Brabazom has offered to play a gig around Penang is called
Metal Out Loud.Several months after metal gig out loud,Sophy has ask Izin withdraw from the band due to his
commitments with his decision keluarga.Brabazom receive, then brabazom had lost
a guitarist and starter ideas for songs brabazom.Brabazom decided to change the position Hayzach
from bass to guitar,all band member are agree.after that brabazom
has changed the concept and personality to melodic black / death metal, and at the
same time Brabazom are without bassist.after some time searching for bassist, a girl named Fledia of
Sarawak has been offered to join brabazom as a Keyboardist,so start from there Brabazom has create
a lot of Melody black metal sounds.after several months Fledia joined the band,
brabazom has offered to play the gig 2nd PENANG METAL TYRANTS 1 at the end of the year 2008.Brabazom perform without bassist.
after several weeks of the gig,We ask Matt from band All Aimless to join us and he has agree.
Fledia just joined the band around one month only because she still working at State Sarawak.
after she leave Brabazom then Brabazom continue without keyboardist until they found Lee A.K.A Whitehead.
Lee Whitehead is play Symphony Melody sounds on Keyboard and after he joined brabazom he re-create the sounds
of brabazom song.
Mid-February of 2009,Brabazom has successful come out thier EP is called Beast Of Mortallity with thier 3 songs.

The first copy only have 50 pcs,but due to all fans requested we come out another 350pcs again.After this Promo,
Brabazom has famous on underground scene at thier state,somemore go to another state and until another country.
After that, their promo CD has requested by another country like Germany,Switzerland,US's company
and Colombia. futher more,Brabazom's song also going to Indonesia broadcast.
